Perdido Key State Park

A 247-acre state park on the barrier island of Perdido Key, approximately 15 miles southwest of Pensacola. Features 1.5 miles of pristine white sand beach, sea oat-covered dunes, covered picnic tables, and restrooms. Home to several threatened and endangered species including the Perdido Key beach mouse, nesting shorebirds, and nesting sea turtles. Beach wheelchairs available at no cost through Big Lagoon State Park ranger station. Day-use only; no camping.
